Individual member
Any individual is eligible for membership if he/she resides in the Neighborhood; has a place of business or conducts his primary business in the Neighborhood; or owns real estate property in the Neighborhood.
Group member
Any group which shall include any organization or institution of educational, social, civic, religious, labor business or fraternal nature if it is located in the Neighborhood.Stakeholder member
Any individual which is interested in being notified and involved in the activities of CNNC living anywhere in the world can be a non-voting stakeholder member.Voting
Each member, whether individual or group, is entitled to one vote at any meeting of members provided said member has attended a prior meeting of the members of the corporation within the previous twelve months, and is in good standing.Cost
$5 per person/per year; Anyone aged 65 or older, the dues are reduced to $3/year.Make check payable to: Central Northside Neighborhood Council
