City Wide Public Safety Meeting - 4/29/2009
There will be a city wide meeting on public safety held on Wednesday, April 29th from 6pm to 9pm. The agenda for the evening has a significant amount of time set aside for questions and answers, so please take advantage of this great opportunity!Where:

CCTV CAMERAS COMING TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD - SAFETY COMMITTEE ANNOUCEMENT
From the CNNC Safety Committee
Currently we have one remaining CNNC camera left to install, which we can control the positioning off.
As per the Mayor’s commitment, installation of the CCTV Cameras that will be connected to Zone 1, will hopefully begin Mid to Late May.
We will communicate with the Police as to the positioning of these cameras and if anyone would like to nominate a location for a camera then please contact us with your suggestions.
In light of the recent break-in’s to cars on Monterey and vandalism there seems no better time for these cameras to arrive.
Our next meeting is Wednesday, 22nd April, 7pm at Chris D’Addario’s house, 608 Sampsonia Way.

MWSS 1st Annual Yard & Art Sale
The MWSS has decided to hold a neighborhood- wide Yard & Art Sale on Saturday, May 16th.
Participation is easy — just set up in front of your own place and sell your stuff…garage items, household things, artwork, etc.
The MWSS will advertise and promote the event to the public.
Hours from 9am - 4pm.
We encourage all Mexican War Street residents and artists to join in!
